We're seeking an experienced sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, people-driven environments. You'll own the sales process from lead generation to close, managing your own book of business while collaborating with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and close new B2B clients across industries for contract and perm staffing needs.
• From prospecting to negotiating and closing deals-you'll lead the full process.
• Maintain and grow client accounts, delivering customized staffing solutions.
• Use outbound outreach, networking, and digital tools to build a healthy pipeline.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure top-tier delivery for every placement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of B2B staffing sales experience with a record of client retention and closing new deals.
• Skilled in outbound sales, lead generation, and strategic client development.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle staffing across various industries and job levels.
• Proficiency in JobDiva (or similar ATS), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
