A leading enterprise retail and e-commerce organization is seeking a Full-Time, Hybrid MuleSoft Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join its Data & Integration team based in Quincy, MA. This position works with modern integration technologies, including MuleSoft, Kafka, Azure Cloud, and OpenShift/RTF/AKS. While contributing directly to large-scale cloud and data integration initiatives across the business.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• 10+ years of hands-on expertise with:
  
  • MuleSoft
  • OpenShift / RTF / AKS
  • Kafka
  • Azure Cloud
• Strong background as a Subject Matter Expert in integration and cloud technologies
• Ability to operate in a hybrid role: 50% hands-on / 50% project leadership
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

• Experience leading integration modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures
• Strong communication and technical guidance skills
• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Retail or e-commerce industry exposure is a plus
