We are looking for a talented and dedicated High-Net Worth Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join a dynamic team in the heart of Greenwich, Connecticut. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive file management for luxury residential acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring seamless transaction flow.
• Draft and refine critical legal documents such as contracts of sale, specialized riders, settlement statements, and closing affidavits.
• Serve as the primary liaison among high-net-worth clients, lending institutions, title underwriters, and municipal agencies.
• Conduct detailed title and due diligence reviews, analyzing lien payoffs, tax certifications, and surveys.
• Oversee escrow and financial logistics, including balancing settlement funds and preparing wire transfers.
• Facilitate the local closing process and ensure the proper recording of deeds and security instruments in compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree or a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• At least five years of substantive experience specifically in residential real estate law.
• In-depth knowledge of Connecticut real estate procedures and local closing practices.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and modern law practice management software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a transactional setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Current Commission as a Connecticut Notary Public.
• Experience handling transactions involving luxury estates or unique property structures.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills tailored to a sophisticated clientele.
• Advanced understanding of TRID requirements and lending compliance standards.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in title curative work and complex settlement reconciliations.
