Location: 1555 Tahoe Court Redding, CA 96003

Pay: $70,500 - $103,000 per year, depending on experience. Plus, bonus earning potential!

Shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Occasional Sundays to support, as needed. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business

Employment Logistics

The Operations Manager oversees and manages all activities and partners with the General Manager and the PM Manager to create plans that will achieve short and long-term objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• GED/Diploma required; college degree preferred
• Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or less if a college degree
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
• Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and create KPIs to meet business needs
• Plan and coordinate sort start times and develop staffing strategies
• Develop and mentor team members
• Champion safety programs and ensure a safe working environment
• Work with GM to manage budget labor hours, safety compliance, and training
