Job Title: Remote Administrative Assistant (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,400 - 1,700 USD/month depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Job Overview:

Our client is a Marine Construction business in Connecticut. They primarily sell and service docks and boat lifts but also offer an array of shoreline construction services. They are a small tight knit business that serves a niche high end market.

The administrative assistant shall work with the owner and office manager to provide a better customer experience. The candidate shall be responsible for fielding incoming calls. Onboarding new clients information and invoicing basic service work. Special projects will be assigned by the owner in this role such as formulating lists of ponds within the regional area.
Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage mainline incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Onboard new clients by collecting, organizing, and maintaining customer information.
  • Maintain and update the client database.
  • Log, track, and organize field service work.
  • Perform basic invoicing for service work.
  • Assist with business development initiatives, primarily researching and scouting potential new clients.
  • Create and assist with marketing materials.
  • Complete special projects assigned by the Owner (e.g., compiling regional pond and shoreline property lists).
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional and confident phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
