Job Duties:
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for clinical positions including Nurses, Therapists - PT, OT, SLP, Respiratory Therapist, Dietitians, Clinicial Liaisons, and Pharmacists.
  • Source candidates through various platforms.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with placements regarding onboarding efforts.
  • Participate in weekly recruitment calls.
  • Updates weekly vacancy reports. Tracks Time to Fill.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and send qualified candidates to hiring Directors.
  • Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness for potential therapy candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
  • 2 + year recruiting experience with a healthcare agency, search firm, or in-house recruiting team.
Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related experience required.
  • Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.


Responsibilities

The Clinical Recruiter sources candidates through various recruiting platforms to identify and screen candidates to present to hospital hiring Directors and Managers. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
