Job Title: Symplr Time & Attendance Analyst

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting Symplr Time & Attendance and Scheduling systems at Memorial Hermann. The analyst will provide day-
to-day support, resolve timekeeping issues, support payroll workflows, and assist with the transition to Oracle Time & Labor.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support Symplr Time & Attendance and Scheduling platforms
• Research and resolve misclocking and timekeeping issues
• Support payroll teams with time and attendance inquiries
• Manage tickets and customer questions
• Use SQL for analysis and troubleshooting
• Support system transitions and process changes
Qualifications:
• Hands-on Symplr Time & Attendance experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience supporting payroll-adjacent systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
