Total Rewards:

A typical starting range for this position is $129,000 - $177,000 + annually. We offer market-competitive base pay and adjust our offer accordingly based on the value of the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Lead and manage multiple complex IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to drive project success and manage stakeholder expectations
• Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and track progress using project management software and tools
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, including regular status updates, reporting, and escalations when necessary
• Provide leadership in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and cost while minimizing disruption to business operations
• Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve project delivery
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Support the organization's strategic initiatives by delivering IT projects that enhance operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and innovation

Qualifications: Knowledge typically acquired through a bachelor's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a technology-related field, and 7+ years of experience managing technology and business-related projects OR 2+ years post-high school education or applicable training in a technology-related field and 11+ years of experience managing technology and business-related projects. Experience with SCADA systems and the utility industry is a plus.
