Pick up donations from venders. Keep daily schedule up to date and maintain with venders pick up times, contact information and calendar changes. Responsible for logging in all donations and properly storing food donations in appropriate locations, adhering to health department food handling standards. Responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in food storage rooms, refrigerators, racks, and bins. Assist with food and toy drives, distributing and collecting red collection barrels as needed. Responsible for general maintenance and cleanliness of corps property. Janitorial duties, including cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal, cardboard maintenance and calling city of Redding when bin is full. Keep a detailed mileage record for cargo van and Emergency Disaster Canteen. Facilitate scheduled maintenance for corps vehicles. Assist with Emergency Disaster Responses as needed on local level in addition to regular duties.
