Responsibilities: • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Qualifications: • Driver's license and outstanding driving record is necessary • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Compensation: $20 Hourly
