The Residential Care Specialist plays a critical role in fostering a trauma-informed, healing-centered environment for clients residing at the Archway Safe House. This dual role provides daily support and mentorship to survivors of trafficking and/or exploitation while also serving as a CalAIM-aligned Community Health Worker, helping clients navigate systems of care, access resources, and build stability.
Work hours may vary based on business needs; availability for at least one weekend day is required. Flexible options.
