About the Role
We're looking for a technical operator to own our in-house GTM Engineering strategy and infrastructure. As our first GTM Engineer, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and continuously optimizing our end-to-end outbound motion-from signal identification and data enrichment to personalized messaging and multi-channel campaign execution. You'll work directly with leaders across the Growth, Sales, and Sales Development teams to design and run experiments, scale what works, and build the systems that power our pipeline generation.
