Were looking for a Service Manager who can lead from the front, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver the world-class Harley-Davidson experience our riders expect./ppThe Service Manager is responsible for maximizing the profitability of the Service Department while focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. This position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to connect the Service Departments performance to the success of the entire dealership./ph3Responsibilities/h3pDeliver prompt, dependable, high-quality service for all customers/ppDrive department profitability while meeting gross profit and net profit objectives/ppMaximize productivity and efficiency of service technicians/ppOversee workflow, review work-in-progress, and ensure timely, quality repairs/ppPartner with the Parts Department to streamline service parts flow/ppManage customer interactions with professionalism including greeting, scheduling, follow-up, and complaint resolution/ppGrow service volume through campaigns and collaboration with Parts and Sales/ppMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment/ppRecruit, hire, coach, and evaluate service staff; provide training and development opportunities/ppMonitor employee performance and ensure policies, procedures, and standards are followed/ppDevelop and maintain department objectives, reports, and budgets in alignment with the General Manager/ppEnsure all end-of-day reports are completed and accurate/ph3Qualifications/h3p5+ years progressive experience in a dealership service department (motorcycle or automotive)/ppStrong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of coaching performance/ppProven sales and service management background/ppHarley-Davidson service knowledge preferred or ability to quickly learn/ppProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; dealership management system experience preferred/ppAbility to balance, push, and load an 800+ lb motorcycle/ppHigh school diploma or equivalent required/ppValid drivers license with motorcycle endorsement/ppPassion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson community/ph3Physical Demands and Work Environment/h3pFrequent bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs/ppRegular handling of motorcycles and shop equipment/ppWork near moving mechanical parts, noise, exhaust fumes, and chemicals/ph3Benefits/h3pCompetitive base salary plus performance bonus opportunities/ppMedical, dental, and vision insurance options/ppPaid time off and holidays/ppEmployee discounts on motorcycles, parts, apparel, and service/ppOngoing training and professional development opportunities/ppA career path in a growing Harley-Davidson dealer group/ppThe chance to be part of an iconic brand and riding culture/p/div
