Description:

Zulu Marine Services, a leader in nature-based shoreline stabilization, dredging, and disaster response, is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Office Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from home while supporting critical marine operations across the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain, reconcile, and report financials in QuickBooks Online (proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Workstation edition also required)
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with budgeting
  • Support project managers and executive leadership with administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop (Workstation Edition)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in payroll processing and A/P and A/R management
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in office management, accounting, or administrative support roles preferred
  • Remote work from home
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
