Desired Skillset: Experience in Qgenda Scheduling system and integration with other Timekeeping systems such as PeopleSoft, Kronos etc.

Responsibilities:

• This role is to support BA and QA tasks for integration of Qgenda Scheduling system with PeopleSoft Time and Labor

• • Support data reconciliation and validation between QGenda and PeopleSoft
  • Define data integration requirements, including data mapping, transformation, and validation rules on the Qgenda in alignment to PeopleSoft Time and Labor
  • Create detailed test cases covering inbound/outbound integrations, business rules, and exception handling
  • Validate scheduling data, time entries, premiums, and labor rules flowing from QGenda to PeopleSoft
  • Log, track, and manage defects through resolution in collaboration with technical and functional teams
  • Coordinate closely with integration developer and PeopleSoft functional lead

• Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve defects.
• Document integration flows, configurations, and process changes for audit and support purposes.
