Bentonville, AR Hybrid position - 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Direct Hire- Permanent position

$75,000.00-$80,000.00 plus great benefit package such as:

We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our team of professionals for our client in Bentonville AR. This is a Direct hire position, with fantastic benefit package!

Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and maintain Weekly Sales Reports.
• Analyze data to generate effective pre-promotion forecasting and planning, and post-promotion analysis to measure promotion effectiveness.
• Utilize Item 360 to create promotional displays.
• Manage modular details, timelines, & forms collaborating closely with internal and modular teams.
• Provide accurate sales data and insights to account manager for Line Reviews, Joint Business Planning meetings, Quarterly Business Meetings, and other customer meetings.
• Utilize Luminate, DSS, and Circana for ad hoc reports and projects as needed.
• Act as a liaison with Customer Marketing, supply chain team, and third-party teams to drive business priorities and manage timelines.
• Work in tandem with Modular Management to improve the space and location of company utilizing both customer and syndicated data.
• Assess and monitor competition both online and in stores to identify trends within the marketplace.
• Perform other duties as needed and directed by management.

• 2 plus years of experience analyzing data in relation to retail company located in Bentonville.
• Must be proficient with Retail Link and Item 360
• Must have advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word (Excel skill test during interview process)
• Sales Analytics experience (creating forecasting and insights).

• Replenishment experience.
• Experience working in Circana and ProSpace.
