The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, retention, and expansion of existing accounts. This role owns all sales efforts related to the Compucom portfolio of products and services, developing strategic relationships and identifying opportunities to expand customer value. The Account Executive manages the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close while maintaining ongoing customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.

Required Experience - 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or Account Executive role
- Demonstrated success selling IT products, managed services, or solutions-based offerings
- Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts while acquiring new customers
- Experience owning revenue targets and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) for opportunity and pipeline management
Wage Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000-132,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation: This position is also eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable Company plan.
