Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage daily posting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to optimize content performance.
• Run paid social media campaigns and track ROI.
• Analyze performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Respond to comments/messages and build active community engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for brand consistency.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive / Manager / Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

• Experience with influencer marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Ability to run paid ads across multiple platforms.
