Job Summary:
We are seeking a Strategic Business Operations Manager to lead critical initiatives, driving business impact through innovative solutions and optimizing processes. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and executive-level leaders to champion and align business strategies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in monitoring business health, managing financial forecasts, and spearheading change initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and structuring of critical business initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Drive decisions, influence partners, and ensure alignment across teams to deliver results.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead changes to optimize business processes.
• Oversee budget management and financial forecasting aligned with organizational goals.
• Regularly communicate progress, track metrics, and manage strategic planning processes with senior leadership.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects under pressure and tight deadlines.

Industry Experience Required:

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, preferably within SaaS or digital environments.
• An MBA and a BS or equivalent experience are highly desirable
