Day to day:
- Work, present, and communicate with key business stakeholders
- Conduct daily stand-up meeting with team members
- Manage and respond to high-priority email communications, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution of critical issues.
- Lead hands-on development of a public-facing application, contributing directly to design, build, and launch.
- Consistently demonstrate a proactive, go-getter mindset by taking ownership of deliverables and driving work forward independently.
- Appian Certified Level-3 Developer with advanced platform expertise
- 8+ years (minimum) of deep, hands-on Appian development experience
- Strong experience working with platform integrations
- Led hands-on development while heading production support efforts
- Ability to break down Appian Process Flow Diagrams
- Strong experience working with Rest API's (they have over 20 API's within this application)
- Ability to break down Technical aspects into Layman's terms for business stakeholders
- Proficient in SharePoint, JavaScript, and C# development
- Experience working with Apryse Web Viewer
- Experienced in developing and managing databases using MariaDB
- Developed and maintained stored procedures to support application functionality
- Proficient w/ Process Models and ability to dissect and triage issues as they come in
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to deliver results in large-scale, complex organizational settings
- UI/UX experience
- Full Stack Development skill set
