Seeking an experienced Engineer IV to provide design and technical expertise for transmission lines support to our client's Carolinas West region. This role requires advanced engineering skills, independent work on complex projects, and proficiency in transmission line design software. Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 8+ years engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure.
• Utility industry experience.
• Proficient in transmission line design principles and software (PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER, PLS-POLE, MFAD).
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Travel: Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed.

• Design and analyze transmission lines, including routing, cost estimates, and detailed design.
• Prepare job packages, reports, and drawings.
• Provide construction support and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage projects with minimal supervision.
