$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Registered Counselor

$21.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Under the supervision of a D.U.I.P. Program Manager, the Drug & Alcohol Counselor will provide group facilitation, education sessions, and individual participant sessions in the DUI program. They will monitor compliance and provide case management referrals to ancillary services.

  1. Support and carry out the ECS Mission Statement and the East County ACCORD Vision Statement.
  2. Participate in a unified team approach to the provision of the DUI Program Services.
  3. Conduct individual counseling sessions.
  4. Facilitate group counseling sessions.
  5. Conduct education sessions (if assigned)
  6. Maintain accurate, complete, and legible program records.
  7. Monitor and document participant's program compliance.
  8. Attend mandatory training, meetings, and in service supervision.
  9. Perform other duties as necessary.

Minimum two (2) years experience in alcohol or drug treatment/counseling services, including facilitation of alcohol and drug recovery groups.

Must have current C.A.A.D.C Certification, or AOD Certificate, or Equivalent accreditation.

Must pass criminal background check, including LiveScan fingerprints, TB and drug/alcohol screening. Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination status.
