The Role
We're hiring a Sales Engineer to serve as the technical anchor of our pre-sales motion. You'll partner closely with Account Executives at roughly a 3:1 AE-to-SE ratio, supporting a high-velocity pipeline with deal sizes typically ranging from $50K-$200K ARR. Our buyers are developers and infrastructure teams. They expect a sales experience that is technically credible, hands-on, and efficient. In this role, you'll work directly with prospects to understand their workloads, run demos and performance validations, guide proofs-of-concept, and help teams confidently move from evaluation to production.
A key differentiator for this role: you should be fluent in modern AI-assisted development workflows. Our customers increasingly build with coding agents and AI-native tooling, and we want an SE who can meet them at that level-with real, professional experience using these tools in production environments.
