About Harvest Wealth Group
At Harvest Wealth Group, we believe in making our clients feel known, valued, and genuinely cared for. At Harvest Wealth Group, we believe exceptional client experiences are built on clarity, consistency, and disciplined execution. Our advisors serve individuals, families, and business owners through comprehensive financial planning, thoughtful investment management, and long-term advisory relationships.
We operate on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and are intentionally building the infrastructure, roles, and standards required to deliver high-quality financial planning at scale-without sacrificing rigor or client trust.
As the firm grows, we are investing deeply in the planning engine behind our advisors. The Strategic Paraplanner is a cornerstone of that engine.
The Role
This is not an administrative paraplanner role. This is not a "run reports and fill templates" seat.
This role exists to:
- Elevate the quality and consistency of our financial planning output
- Reduce advisor dependence on leadership for plan construction
- Ensure planning delivery is predictable, precise, and scalable
- Act as a strategic thought partner to advisors through analysis, scenarios, and presentation
The Strategic Paraplanner owns the technical integrity, analytical depth, and presentation quality of Harvest Wealth Group's financial plans. Advisors rely on this role to walk into meetings confident that the strategy is sound, the numbers are right, and the story is clear.
- You are trusted with complex client situations, not just inputs
- Your work directly shapes client recommendations and decisions
- Advisors depend on your judgment, not just your output
- Your attention to detail protects both clients and the firm
- You help transform planning from a person-dependent craft into a firm-wide capability
This role is ideal for someone who takes professional pride in being excellent at the hardest parts of planning-analysis, accuracy, and clarity.
