Skip-Line is seeking a hands-on person who's eager to hit the road and make a real impact on our industry and roadways alike. You'll travel to customer sites across the country installing, training, and supporting our industry-leading technology on paint trucks. Earn commissions and bonuses for each install, as you make paint trucks safer and smarter.

Location: Remote (with frequent nationwide travel).

Starting Salary Range: $67,000 - $75,000 (Additional incentives available).

Who You Are:

You're a hands-on problem solver who thrives on interacting with customers and ensuring their success. You don't just install equipment - you bring it to life through teaching and training. You're just as comfortable talking to customers and explaining our systems as you are installing them. If you love working with your hands, troubleshooting electrical systems, and helping customers succeed - this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform new product installations at customer locations across the country.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and mechanical product issues both on-site and remotely.
  • Provide hands-on customer training on Skip-Line systems, ensuring customers understand how to operate them effectively.
  • Regularly work with low-voltage DC electrical systems during installation and support.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and customer pain points, communicating key insights to the Sales team.
  • Deliver fanatical customer service - ensuring every customer feels supported and confident.
  • Act as the customer advocate by documenting and sharing customer feedback with internal product and support teams.
  • Develop expertise in pavement marking controls and educate customers on the features and benefits of Skip-Line products.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to increase installation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (required).
  • Basic 12V DC electricity/wiring experience (required).
  • Skilled in electrical or mechanical installation work.
  • Experience in the pavement marking industry or with pavement marking equipment is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently (required).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (required).
  • Possess a valid U.S. Driver's License (required).
