divh2World Business Lenders/h2pWorld Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding./ppWBL is a U.S. based company with a 100% remote workforce./ppThis is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements./ppThe job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language./ppYou must be comfortable working with productivity monitoring systems./ppResumes must be submitted in English./ppLocation: 100% Remote for Turkey, LATAM and India/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliWork closely with the Controller to close books every month and take responsibilities as the second in command/liliMaintaining all vendor invoices recognized in compliance with accuracy and completeness/liliReconciliation of selected GL accounts, including cash and accrual accounts/liliControlling vendor invoices are accurate and complete in ERP system/liliPreparing vendor based monthly reconciliations/liliSpecial Projects including automation of processes through in-house initiatives/3rd party vendors and other duties as assigned in support of the Corporate Controller/liliEnsure timely vendor payment, review and monitor accounts payable aging analysis/liliSet up wires, ACH and book transfers/liliCommunicate with vendors as required/liliEnsure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, processes and internal controls/liliOther projects and duties as assigned/li/ul/div
