ERA Real Estate is expanding its national growth engine by adding a specialized Agent Teams Sales Executive dedicated to identifying, engaging, signing, and onboarding real estate agent teams. This function plays a critical role in our 2026 strategy and beyondto accelerate growth. The Agent Teams Sales Executive will serve as ERA's national "teams expert," partnering closely with Franchise Sales Directors, Affiliates and Inside Sales to drive high velocity recruitment and acquisition activity, strengthen ERA's value proposition, and layer multiple agent teams onto new and existing ERA affiliates. This role is ideal for a driven, disciplined, highly relational sales leader who understands the team model, thrives in a high volume consultative environment, and can convert relationships into signed ERA teams with speed and precision.
