Job Title: Night WatchmanDepartment: Moorage Reports To: Guest Relations DirectorPosition Summary: Responsible for overnight security and guest assistance throughout the resort. Patrols resort property, monitors safety and activity, responds to incidents, and provides guest support after office hours.Responsibilities:Patrol resort facilities and monitor safety, traffic flow, and activityRespond appropriately to incidents and guest needsMaintain communication with base station and team membersComplete incident reports and shift logsAssist guests with requests after hours, including transportation when neededMonitor public areas for hazards, fires, or unsafe conditionsEnforce resort rules and address disturbances professionallyParticipate in boat operation and handling training as requiredQualifications:Must be 18 years or olderValid drivers license requiredHigh school diploma preferredPrevious unarmed patrol or security experience preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and guest service skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
