Meeting Event Manager - Remote

In this role, you will act as a crucial liaison for Healthcare Professional (HCP) programs, leading the planning and execution of compliant healthcare meetings and events. Your responsibilities will encompass managing logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that every aspect is meticulously coordinated. This position requires a deep understanding of compliance within pharmaceutical and healthcare environments, as you'll be handling complex event needs and maintaining proactive communication throughout the process. Your leadership will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting overall program success.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned HCP programs, ensuring timely coordination of program details.
  • Manage end-to-end program logistics, including accommodations, travel, and supplier coordination.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program itineraries and agendas.
  • Utilize program management systems for tracking and documentation.
  • Handle program budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and financial updates.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders, leading status meetings.
  • Support complex program needs, including VIP logistics and special projects.
  • Provide accurate reporting and documentation for compliance and transparency.
  • Collaborate within the team to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of five years in meeting or event management, preferably in healthcare.
  • At least two years supporting HCP meetings or events with compliance understanding.
  • Strong experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with clients and suppliers.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with program management systems.
  • Knowledge of domestic destinations.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
