Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the store; Assists customers with merchandise and answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner; Maintains a clean and organized store, including cleaning tasks and replenishing restroom supplies; Performs merchandising to monthly presentation guidelines and expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor; Follows store policies on cash, credit card transactions, MOS, and loss prevention practices
