We're hiring a Project Manager to take ownership of a healthcare construction project in Redding, CA. This is a critical role for a PM who is strong in project financials, execution, and healthcare construction, and who can step into an active project and lead with confidence.

Strong preference for candidates with healthcare and commercial construction experience

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day execution of a complex healthcare construction project
• Fully manage project financials, including:
• Job cost reporting
• Budget tracking & forecasting
• Cost projections
• Pay applications and billing
• Administer and ensure compliance with owner and GC contracts
• Coordinate with in-house architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Manage site logistics, procurement, and material/equipment approvals
• Lead subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and budget adherence
• Enforce quality control and site safety programs
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed
• Lead project close-out and documentation
• Ensure compliance with California healthcare construction requirements
• OSHPD / HCAI experience is a major plus
• Report to the Project Executive and collaborate closely with senior leadership
• Step into an active project with multiple moving parts and hit the ground running

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years as a Project Manager
• Healthcare & commercial ground-up construction experience
• Strong financial and cost-control skills
• Experience with large, complex projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
