Houseboat Service CrewDepartment: Houseboats Reports To: Marina ManagerPosition Summary: Prepare and service houseboats between rentals by cleaning, pumping out tanks, refilling water and propane, and ensuring boats are safe, clean, and ready for guests.Key Responsibilities:Move boats between load-out and service areas and follow water safety practicesClean and service boats using established checklistsPump out holding tanks and refill fresh waterFill propane tanks (training required)Inspect boats and report defects or maintenance needs Maintain clean work areas and follow safety proceduresGreet and assist guests courteouslyQualifications:Janitorial or cleaning experience preferredStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessPositive, guest-focused attitudeAbility to work well in a team environmentAbility to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasksWork Environment:Seasonal, outdoor marina settingPhysically active role with exposure to weather
