Job Title: Houseboat Maintenance TechnicianDepartment: Houseboats Reports To: Houseboat ManagerPosition Summary: Responsible for maintaining and servicing rental houseboats and marina facilities. Assists guests with boat operation, launches and moors boats, and supports daily marina operations while delivering excellent guest service.Responsibilities:Perform general maintenance, sanitation, and upkeep of rental boats and marina areasComplete basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair tasksOperate power tools and resort boats safelyAssist with boat launches, mooring, and guest orientationSupport winter refurbishment projects (painting, sanding, repairs)Maintain marina cleanliness and follow safety proceduresProvide friendly, professional guest serviceQualifications:High school education preferredBasic knowledge of tools and maintenance workAbility to work well with guests and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessPhysical Requirements:Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
