As a Senior Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and engaging customers through live events and product sampling right where consumers shop. Your responsibilities will include supporting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and tearing down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Now, about you:

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and management
• At least 18 years old
• Available to work 4+ days a week, including Sunday and Monday
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
• Willing to prepare, cook, and maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members
• A motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
• Able to work independently, while also excelling in team-building
• Commitment to performing job duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail setting
