We are seeking dedicated and compassionateRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in a 4-bed facility dedicated to providing specialized care in California. Required Skills:

  • RBT certification approved by the BACB
  • Knowledge of behavior intervention techniques and data collection
  • Ability to implement behavior plans with fidelity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Basic CPR and first aid skills
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with Ukeru and Proact crisis intervention strategies
  • Prior experience working with individuals with IDD in a residential or clinical setting
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience working with individuals with IDD or in a behavioral health environment preferred
  • Certification in CPR and Proact or willingness to obtain upon hire
Other Requirements:
  • Valid California driver's license preferred for travel purposes
  • Ability to pass background checks and clearance requirements
  • Commitment to ongoing training in crisis intervention (Ukeru, Proact), CPR, and other relevant certifications
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation for this position is competitive, with hourly pay rates starting at $0.00 (please note actual pay ranges will be provided upon application).
