JOB PROFILE: PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager at US-Offsite coordinates the factory production of modular units by managing schedules, drawings, materials, and communication between design teams, suppliers, factory crew, and install team to ensure modules are built according to contract documents, on time, and within budget.

Problem solving during production and installation (RFI's, client expectations).
Client Communication: Being the main point of contact for all project stakeholders including clients and facilitating active and frequent client updates and project meetings.
Scheduling: Schedule creation and management for all tasks related to the project.
Subcontractor Buy-Out: Negotiate and create all subcontract labor agreements for factory work when applicable.
P&L: Create and update P&L for every project.
Client QC: Represent the client during the whole manufacturing process and ensure all client expectations are communicated and then met or exceeded.
Billing: Oversee all project related AR billing to the client and all AP billing outside of material and payroll.
Client inspections and final acceptance within factory.
Change Orders: Create change orders and assure proper execution and accounting (P&L).
Warranty execution: Facilitate execution on warranty requests according to USO warranty program.
Install assistance, ship loose: Assist install team with questions and ensure USO provides all required materials and information to allow for streamlined install experience.
