A company is looking for a Manager, Infrastructure Operations and Remediation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day IOR operations, including alert response and incident managementLead, coach, and develop IOR Technicians, Administrators, and EngineersTrack and improve operational KPIs and define IOR processes and operational standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or computer-related field or equivalent education/experienceMust have, or complete, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft AZ-900, or equivalent demonstrated experience5+ years of experience in SOC, NOC, or managed services roles3+ years of people leadership experience in a SOC, NOC, or MSP environmentFamiliarity with automation (Python/PowerShell) and service management tools
