Certified Educational Sign Language Interpreter

Itinerant - Various locations Provide voice to sign and sign to voice interpreting and other support services for deaf and hard-of-hearing students in a variety of settings to facilitate communications between students, faculty, staff, parents and others; provide transliteration, tutorial and instructional support services to meet the needs of deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Certified Educational Sign Language Interpreter, $30.07-$40.45 per hour (Certified by the National RID, Level 4 or higher on EIPA, or NAD/ACCI assessments, Level 4 or higher on EIPA-Cued Speech for Cued Language transliteration) Educational Sign Language Interpreter II, $22.34-$30.07 per hour (EIPA Score 3.5-3.9) Educational Sign Language Interpreter I, $21.27-$28.60 per hour (EIPA Score 3.0-3.4)
