Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customers property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs, and downtime following property damage./ppPrimary Duties and Responsibilities/pulliMeet or exceed established targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses/liliMaintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors/liliMeet or exceed profitability targets on managed projects/liliPlan and execute projects to completion/liliObtain written contracts and payment terms for projects/liliMaintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration/liliCoordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with scheduler/liliTrack equipment used on company jobs/liliMaintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-the-art technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services/liliCoordinate estimates from subcontractors/liliWrite job estimates/liliOrder materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to job site/liliMaintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties including third-party owners, building engineers, property managers, tenants, etc./liliPerform property inspections and complete reports/liliInspect and scope projects in a timely fashion./liliUse Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, wind and mold restoration projects./liliCreate accurate and profitable job estimates./liliPrepare written proposals./liliDevelop list of materials and equipment needed for projects./liliObtain pricing for materials./liliObtain bids from subcontractors./liliCompleted estimates will be forwarded to the customer within four (4) business days of the property inspection./liliCommunicate with customers; set realistic expectations./liliMaintain project files./liliAttend customer-related functions.
