This full-time position offers the chance to work with advanced equipment, including Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq, supporting high-quality treatment for oncology patients.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification and current licensure as a Radiation Therapist.
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; recent graduates are also welcomed and encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and protocol adherence.
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients following physician instructions.
- Operate sophisticated linear accelerator and related radiological equipment.
- Accurately position patients for each session, utilizing high safety and comfort standards.
- Monitor and assess patient reactions during procedures, providing compassionate support.
- Maintain precise documentation and records in compliance with regulatory and departmental standards.
- Collaborate with oncology, nursing, and technical staff to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
