Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel job in Redding, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Echo Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 04/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce detailed cardiac images for interpretation by clinical teams. Minimum Requirements: National certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Minimum 2 years of experience performing echocardiography in a clinical setting. Current BLS certification. Experience with transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and Doppler imaging. Ability to perform patient assessment, obtain quality diagnostic images, and document findings in the electronic medical record. Ability to work weekends as required. (Client notes indicate Sat/Sun/Mon coverage may be required.) May be required to take on-call shifts. (Client notes indicate on-call may be required.) Must have all necessary state licenses and certifications to practice as an echo technician in California. Preferred: Experience in a hospital setting and familiarity with echo lab workflow and cardiology team collaboration. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Days. Shift Hours: Days 07:00-19:30. Shift Pattern: Weekend coverage includes Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts as needed. Assignment Length: 13 week assignment. On-call: May be required.
