Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Sonographer Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 05/11/2026 Duration: 52 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams. Minimum Requirements: National certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Minimum 2 years of echocardiography or cardiac sonography experience. Preferred: experience in a hospital setting. BLS certification required. Must be able to take call and work weekends as required by the department. All required state licenses and certifications must be current and in good standing. Preferred: experience with transthoracic (TTE) and stress echocardiography procedures. Preferred: familiarity with cardiac echo lab workflow and PACS systems. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift: Days. Shift Hours: 07:00–19:30. Must be able to take call and work weekends.
