A company is looking for a Business Banking SBA Closer Secondary Markets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end closing process for SBA-guaranteed loans, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policiesCoordinate with internal and external partners to resolve documentation issues and ensure timely loan closingsServe as an SBA Subject Matter Expert, maintaining program integrity and supporting audits and reviewsRequired QualificationsExperience closing SBA 7(a) and/or 504 loans with knowledge of SBA SOP requirementsAbility to manage complex loan closings with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlinesStrong documentation and compliance disciplineExperience with secondary market SBA loan sales is beneficial but not requiredBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
