Office Clerk

The Office Clerk processes daily notices, mail, and general communications; handles photocopying; and is proficient in the use of computer word processing and spreadsheet programs; ensures the health and well-being of all children while attending school.

Requirements / Qualifications

CPR/First Aid Certification (if available, otherwise required at the time of employment) Letters of Recommendation (provide 3 signed and dated letters) Proof of HS Graduation (Diploma, GED or Highest degree earned) Resume TB Screening Result (If available, otherwise required at time of employment)

Comments and Other Information

Start Date: ASAP 10:00am - 4:00pm (5.5 hours/day with a 30 minute lunch) Work Site: Mountain View Middle School
