Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel Cardiac Sonographer for a travel job in Redding, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Sonographer Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 05/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams. Minimum Requirements: National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Minimum 2 years of echo/cardiac sonography experience. Experience performing transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and familiarity with Doppler and color flow imaging. Ability to obtain diagnostic-quality images and provide accurate measurements for cardiac assessments. Experience working in an acute care hospital environment preferred. On-call availability may be required. (Preferred unless otherwise stated.) Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift name: Days. Shift details: Days 07:00-19:30. Weekday schedule includes Saturday, Sunday, and Monday coverage as needed per unit staffing requirements. On-call requirements: On-call may be required. Location Highlights.
