Reporting to the Senior Asset Protection Manager, the Asset Protection Agent serves as a key member of the Risk Management Department, responsible for supporting the organizations efforts to deter and prevent theft, fraud, and loss of company assets across retail locations. This role involves proactive observation, investigation, and enforcement of company policies while maintaining a strong focus on safety, integrity, and customer service. The Asset Protection Agent upholds and promotes the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization at all times, ensuring that all actions align with company standards and legal guidelines.
