Job Details: Specialty: Physical Therapist Home Health (PT HH) Location: Red Bluff, California Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience; new graduates will not be considered. Certifications: BLS Certification required. Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with core hours being days shift. Required Qualifications: Current license to submit, BLS Certification, at least 1 year of Home Health experience, California state licensure, and ability to work full-time (40 hours per week). Additional Information: The position involves delivering about 5 visits per day, primarily focusing on orthopedic and geriatric patients. Staff will be provided a tablet for electronic medical records. The service area covers most of Tehama County, with travel considerations averaging around 40 miles per day, expected to decrease with additional staff and redistribution. The facility is a Level 3 care setting providing home health services with an average daily census of 78 patients. No weekend or holiday work required. Float: Float rotation may be required.
