Duties

• Conduct employment law compliance document and wage/hour audits
• Develop and review employee handbooks
• Defend employment law cases and manage litigation processes
• Provide defense for school districts and public entities
• Engage in class/PAGA inclusive matters

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employment law
• Established background in employment litigation and defense
• Trial experience preferred
• Experience with public entity defense is a plus
• Education Bachelor's degree
• Juris Doctor degree
• Certifications Member of the State Bar of California in good standing
