Job Description
The Operator I will support manufacturing operations by performing production and assembly tasks while following company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Basic Requirements
Minimum 6 months ofmanufacturing experience required (medical device manufacturing is a plus).
Warehouse-only experience (e.g., forklift driving, package handling, Amazon fulfillment) will not be considered.
Must be able to pass an eye exam and color vision test.
Candidates will be asked during the intake call about any upcoming vacations or planned time off.
Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training sessions.
Comfortable working with microscopes and small components.
