Job Details: Location: Red Bluff, California Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours Start Date: 07/20/2026 Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) as per American Heart Association standards; valid license to submit; minimum of 1 year of experience; home health experience preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic and geriatric patients, outpatient therapy background. Additional Information: Staff are provided a tablet for the electronic medical record (EMR). The service area encompasses most of Tehama County with some regions outside the office range. Therapists typically travel around 40 miles per day, with expected reduction as additional staff join and patient areas are redistributed. No call duties are required, and there are no weekend or holiday shifts. Note: Facility fixed notes include that the affiliate fee will be waived effective 7/1/26, and staff may have fewer than two years of experience if they possess home health experience.
